With the rapidly evolving situation around COVID-19 in the ACT we are closely following all government health advice.
We are STILL operating in a safe manner, compliant with the ACT government health advice. We are able to see clients in person but we will be ensuring that our office and our appointments are COVID safe.
This includes the mandatory use of face masks during any face to face client appointments, in line with the following ACT government announcement https://www.covid19.act.gov.au/act-status-and-response/face-masks .
We understand that some clients may no longer want to attend a face to face appointment. If you have any concerns, please call us to arrange an alternative type of appointment (phone appointment).
We will also be increasing sanitation measures taken in the office to protect clients and staff. Hand sanitiser is available upon entry to Care, as well as throughout our office.
Everyone attending the Care office will need to check in using the CBR CheckIn QR code at the reception desk.
